What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy real AI systems that automate workflows and solve real user problem
• Work directly with clients from day 1 - define the roadmap, manage delivery, solve hard problem
• Own full-stack AI projects: LLMs, backend, cloud deployments, APIs, UI where needed
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers internally and externally
• Write code that scales, abstracts, and adapts fast

What You’ve Done:

• 5-8 years of experience as an engineer; ideally some in startups, consulting, or AI tooling
• Have deployed your own AI tools or products (LLM apps, agents, copilots, etc), confident with Python and at least a few of: Cursor / Claude Code / other AI coding tools, LLM APIs (Gemini, Claude, GPTs etc.), cloud deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure
• Have worked directly with clients or stakeholders and know how to scope a solution
• Bonus if you’ve led teams, been a founder, or shipped under pressure
